The team member feature allows you to give a level of access to your account to an individual who is not a signatory.
The different level of access includes;
Initiator and approver: Team members with this access can Initiate and also approve payments.
Initiator Only: Team members with this access can only initiate payments.
Approver Only: Team members with this access can only approve payments.
Viewers: Team members with this access can only view activities happening in the account and they cannot perform any kind of transaction on the account.
Notifications only: Team members with this access do not have access to the account dashboard, they only receive truncated alerts via the designated email or phone number for inflows into the account. This is quite useful for retail outlets that constantly receive money via bank transfer.
